Founded by Sixten Eriksson, SEEN is built on a solid foundation in international hospitality. With professional experience from leading cocktail bars in Malmö and Copenhagen, and influences gathered globally, SEEN brings a refined yet modern perspective to every project. After years in bar consultancy and event production in Copenhagen, the company is now firmly established in Stockholm.
We are not here to simply build bars. We design complete bar experiences, from concept and preparation to the final pour. Every decision is made with the guest in mind. At the core of our work lies one principle above all: hospitality.

Sixten has several years of experience in the bar and hospitality industry, specializing in tailor-made cocktail concepts, event beverage management, and bar consulting. His work bridges creativity and structure, helping event companies and private clients deliver smooth, memorable, and well-executed beverage experiences.

Selected Experience
Dansk Industri — Summer Party 2025
Sixten oversaw the complete beverage planning and execution for an event with more than 800 guests. He managed two cocktail bars simultaneously and handled all pre-event planning related to beverages, logistics, and service structure.
Aspire Lounge — Copenhagen Airport
Sixten developed a custom cocktail menu tailored to the lounge’s international guest base. He also conducted staff training and contributed to bar hardware setup and operational workflow.
Cocktail Bar Management — Malmö
Sixten has managed several cocktail bars in Malmö, focusing on daily operations, team leadership, service quality, and supplier partnerships.
